Double Standards of West towards Muslims

Another New year started with new hopes new dreams new wish of World PEACE, but unfortunately nothing is changed except Year. Same double standards are followed by so called Peace loving nations, same slogans of bringing Peace by killing innocent civilians rather i will call innocent muslims are iterated. A holocaust is launched against Muslims all over the world. Seven hundred thousand muslims were killed in Iraq alone in the name of giving IRAQI nation a "freedom". A country is destroyed in the name of "Weapon of Mass Destruction", which were found nowhere but on media. Nobody is held responsible for killing seven hundred thousand muslims, because they were muslims not Jews or Americans. Muslim blood is very cheap. Anybody can kill any muslim in the name of "War on Terror" or can humiliate any Muslim by detaining them without giving any reason, just because they are Muslims and they are "suspected". I would ask my readers a simple question just analyse that how many people got killed by so called "War on Terror", it will give you the answer who is terrorist and who is not. Muslims were being killed in Palestine, by recent reports more than 450 Muslims are killed in Israeli air strikes, No media is giving focus on this Mass Murder as they do in other cases. Their are many casualties of innocent Muslims in Afghanistan but nobody cares because they were just Muslim, and anyone who want to kill Muslim can do it without giving any reason. When thousands of Muslims got killed in Gujrat, India, nobody gave them any importance but when few hundreds got killed in Mumbai there was a huge uproar. We should condemn terror attacks anywhere in the world but also the invaders who impose wars on other countries like they did in case of Palestine, Kashmir, Iraq, Pakistan and Afghanistan (all muslim countries). USA drones come in Pakistan on daily basis and strike Pakistan innocent Muslims but nobody care because they are Muslims. Everywhere Muslims got captured humiliated and sometimes sent to prison on baseless reasons or sometimes released without any appology. Their are thousands of people who are in prison right now without having found guilty just because they are Muslims and they are "Suspected Terrorist".
Just analyse the current situation in Afghanistan and Pakistan, how many people got killed on daily basis? dozens of people got killed everyday this figure can be increased by hundreds if our "friends" send some drones in tribal areas or B52 bomber in Afghanistan to help reducing "terrorism". But if you look a bit back before USA invasion in Afghanistan, their were no killings, no problem of "terrorists", and Pakistan & Afghanistan were two peacefull nations. Just read the newspaper from pre American invasion and current newspapers and compare number of casualties. You can easily say that this mess is created by our "friends" who are helping us to reduce "Terrorism" by killing our own Muslim people. I will request the whole world including USA and NATO that we do not need any help from you, thanks very much for your help, you have already worsen the situation. Please leave Pakistan and Afghanistan as it is and we will solve all our problems. Thanks very much once again if you will leave us. If American and NATO will pullback their troops it will not only appreciated all over the world but it will also help USA and Europe in putting their economies back on track. Otherwise the current free fall situation of US economy will continue which can lead to a big crisis in USA.
Its the time when the whole international community should sit and think about their Double Standards. Its time to bring Peace and Prosperity in the whole World. War does not solve problems, all problems can be solved on table. Lets give a new hope to whole World for real peace inspite of unfulfilled promises in case of Palestine and so called "War on Terror". Its time to think and act responsibaly. There is big responsibility for new elect US president Barack Obama. He can bring the real "Change" if he does not follow the current failed policies of Bush administration and try to pull the troops back from Iraq and Afghanistan.
Its time to think for the whole world community to do some brainstorming that how Muslim holocaust is being executed in a very planned full manner. On one side UN is convincing other nations to eliminate the death penality for the person found guilty in some crime. And on the otherside it is allowing US operations in Afghanistan and in tribal areas of Pakistan where hundreds of innocent people or Muslims got killed daily without having found guilty. Who will define the world "Terrorist"? And lets suppose if someone is "Terrorist" does that means to kill them without any trial? Does that mean to destroy countries after countries? Does that mean to kill seven hundred thousand innocent people in "Suspicion"? Does that mean to topple legitimate governments of 2 countries by invading troops? How long it will go more? How many more muslims will be murdered on the name of "Terrorism"? How many more Muslim countries will be destroyed? When this Muslim Holocaust will come to its end? Will it end before eliminating all Muslims or after? I also want to raise voice for the people from USA, NATO & Pakistani troops who got killed in this so called "War on Terror". I have feelings for both sides, because on both sides people are being killed without any reason. Muslims are not terrorist, they are peace loving people and they do not want more Mass murder. When Muslim leaders will wake up?Should we rely on our leaders or should we stand by ourself? Unfortunately all of our leaders are following the orders given by west, which is dangerous not only for us but for west as well. Because West cannot analyze the real situation on ground. Its our responsibility to show the true picture to west. I have no hope from anyone except one hope from God Almighty who will bring this Muslim Holocaust or Massacare to an end. At the end i pray for Peace in the whole world , i pray for one standard for Muslims and for all other religions, no more Double standards. I pray this year will bring more PEACE and less innocent casualties in the whole world which seems rather difficult.

I will not say your entire post in wrong, but perhaps you would also like to comment on the killing of Muslims BY Muslims. Perhaps we should focus on the killings world-wide, not just to Muslims, but also to those being killed in Darfur, those being killed by their own governments in the name of corruption and where there is no food or water or power for the people in countries like Pakistan, Africa, and even Afghanistan. Why is it that "muslims' want to talk about the war against Islam by the "west" but many (such as in the article) don't want to address the war against Muslims by Muslims?
There are MANY people out there on the side of those in Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, etc...Muslim countries. There are aid workers being killed regularly by people of the same ethnicity of those they are trying to help.
Forget religion, that's not the issue...the issue world-wide is greed and corruption...on all sides!
No one can claim there weren't killings pre-Afghan war....do you know what was happening in AFghanistan pre 9/11??? And do you know who Afghanistan was begging for help from? What countries DON'T accept billions of dollars of aid from American and other "enemy" countries?? Let's talk about double standards. Let's talk about the fact that many of those who are letting off bombs in Pakistan are now retaliating because they have turned on their own country..which would have happened anyway.
I am not in agreement over the Iraq war, or how the people have been treated in Cuba or many of the other things that military action has brought out...but do not let that cloud your judgment as to what is happening by the same people you are wishing to gain sympathy for.
I feel sorry for the innocent...the innocent Americans who have paid for the crimes of the fanatics and their ideals. For the innocent Brits, Spainards, Pakistani's...for the women/girls in Afghanistan who just want to go to school and yet are burned, beaten, stoned, and washed in acid. I feel sorry for the innocent people in India who felt the wrath of angry fanatics.
A true fight back would be to go into the very countries where the military's carry out their wars and fight in the actual fight-not kill civilians...same goes for the missiles launched w/o sensitivity into Northern Pakistan, Gaza, and other places.
We must be concerned with mankind....and focus on caring for one another regardless of what our governments may be doing-because they don't look out for us, they aren't going to look out for anyone on the outside!
Well, if u will read this article more thoroughly you will reveal that i am not thinking as a Muslim but as a human thats why i also talked about killing of our own soldiers whether its American or British or Pakistani soldiers?? Why we arre killing them as well for no sake??? I am thinking as a human not only as a muslim. I admit that i have focused Muslims as a whole but thats the fact, if there are some war against christian or jews or about any other religion i should have talked about that but unfortunately currently their are war zones only against muslims that are in Palestine, Afghanistan, Iraq, Kashmir, Pakistan. But as a whole i am trying to emphasize on Peacefull world not on World full of Wars. And we can only have that if we stop all wars and killings. I think war is never a solution, if there is some difference of opinion then each country has its right to live as they want to. No country should dictate other country. There is a difference between East and West and that cannot be eliminated by Wars rather that is impossible to eliminate. The peaceful solution is to allow every culture to live as they want. No one can impose their own culture on others. By the way you were talking about Afghanistan and Pakistan i will ask you to tell me how many innocent casualties happening before 9/11 and now, just give me figure and compare them. I am not gathering any sympathy for anyone i only want Peace in the World and thats what i said. For me every human life is as precious as Muslims life, i dont have Double standard in this case as other people do have.

Yar I think this double standard of west is immeterial. Its not the west that has to be blamed for everything. Title of your post is somewhat misleading and the actual post is a little, if not much, better than title.
In this comment, I'll stick more to the region and issues related to Taliban and Pakistan. Before continuing, I strongly condemn the bloodshed of Humans in general and Muslims in specific in whole world. Especially the conditions in Palastine are very disturbing.
Coming to our region, Questions is, what is the solution to this whole condition? You are right, our only hope is God perhaps. Bacause we are weak enough to chose our leaders based on no intelect but on rate-for-vote or cast-and-brotherhood or emotions only.
There are some very big Questions out there. Why muslims are so week to defend their image in the whole world? Why a very small number of relegious extremists, who I don't consider as true muslims, is able to corrupt the impression of a whole faith?
Blame it on Jews? Americans? Western World? Media? Israel? India? Europe? UK?
I can't blame it on any one. It's all about us. About muslims themselves and their weaknesses.
Look at UAE, Saudis, Pakistan, Indonesia, Malaysia, Turkey and whoever is knows as somewhat muslim country. How many you can think of as pwerful and as strong as China, Singapore, Japan?
I do not quote the names of USA, Israel, Europe and UK cuz this is so called western world who we think is responsible for everything. But can't we see asian countries strong enough?
Talking about the same muslim countries, or mainly Pakistan, Why are they always taking millions of aids from this WEST?? Why Don't we have strong financial systems based on islamic principals of Zakat and charity? Is it government only? If my nokia 1100 is working fine, why do I need an imate instead of giving that money to charity?
Talking about Pakistan again, don't yout hink pakistan army is a paid division of US Army? All blame goes to US for this?
Drone or B52 can strike because of their strength only? Is there no part of our own limit-less corrupt, weak and ignorant mind set?
Including me and you, lot of other people blame everything on west when they talk. Why? I think more than WEST, its about pethatic mind set of EAST... sorry, East has a lot of powers, I shall say only muslims.
Coming to "war is not a solution", Why Taliban were so extremists that there was a war to make things right? IF Osama was there, why couldnt they hand it over? IF Osama really did 9/11, can you justify it as right? Laave all Osama business aside, Can you justify the brutality of Taliban in the name of Islam? Their brutality not only in Afghanistan, but you can refer to news from Swat valley as well. Or if you don't blv media, talk to ppl from Swat valley who has been a target of and tortured/slaughtered by those BLOODY Talibans.
Do you think of any solution other than war for this Taliban issue?
Peace Talks? Handing over Swat valley? Or attaching all hopes to God only?
Worst, scary and the most sever thing with today's war is so called collateral damage. Just like the brutality of Taliban, no one can jistify it as well. This is as insane as Talibans.
WAR shall not be targetting the innocents at all. But sadly, there is no solution to this as well.
Yaar Fahad, there is no solution to several things. And there are several things to talk about for hours.
Only thing I don't like is when ppl blame everything on WEST or US or whatever. As you said about our governing bodies, Hum khud weak hein yaar. We need to strengthen ourselves first. If someone can manipulate us, use us, destroy us, Its our fault too.
Our Prophet (PBUH) asked us to keep our horses prepared, not to prepare them and sell them. He asked us to live at the most basic level and utilize whatever is available instead of demanding more and more in life. Why we need grants? Our rich ppl are so corrupt. Are they better than this double standard WEST?
There is no end to such talks. If anything offends you, I am sorry. I respect your views and I think there is a lot more to it.
Our people and this whole world needs awareness about several unknown or mistaken perspectives. I am glad that you are among the ones helping in this way.

This is a very well written blog. I endorse this article that exposes the Western hypocracy & conniving dual standards towards Islamic republic & muslims in general.
First of all i agree with you that we Muslims are weak, we should be more stronger but it does not allow the West "powerful world" to kill weak people. Rather they should help us to become strong.
I will now jump to your question of Peace in Pakistan and Afghanistan. It is known fact that Taliban established a very peaceful government before US invasion in Afghanistan. There was no drug trade no war no innocent casualties in Taliban period. Now there is drug trade, innocent casualties and whole Afghanistan and Pakistan are become battle field no peace nobody knows when, who and how he will die. It was not happening before US invasion. You have said most of the things about Taliban what western media is saying. I talked to persons who are from Swat valley and if you see the recent program from Talat about Swat you will come to know that People want peace and they are happy to be ruled by Taliban, because our government has failed to give justice to anybody even our Cheif justice is looking for justice. Who are Talibans? they are the same local people living in Swat and if you are saying that they slaughter people then i will ask why in all over the world criminals get death penality?? you should have also talked about whole world. If you will talk to some local people they will tell you how fast Taliban give them justice and thats why local people like them. I dont want to take anyone's side but its the fact. And Peace talk is only solution. Killing everyone living in Swat is not the solution. We easily say this thing because none of our relative is living there. Go and ask in Swat, people are so depressed, there is no telephone no electricity almost, nobody can goto school because our beloved Army invaded the valley and destroying killing innocent people. Recently my Swati friend told me that Army has destroyed one hospital, a hospital where anyone can get treatment for only RS 20. Is our government doing this to irritate people? This is happening just because they are following US dictation not their own minds. IF the people of Swat want Sharia, give them Sharia law. It is their constitutional right. Constitution of PAkistan ask to implement Sharia. The main reason for this whole "War on Terror" is "Shariah Law" no western force want Muslims to implement this. Why west is so concerned about Muslims law? Muslims have their own values and they can solve their own problem according to their religion. I dont know why we believe in the media 100%. No person from Swat or Tribal areas call taliban brutal. They are happy with them. But not only tribal people but other Pakistanies do call our own army and justice system very corrupt or brutal. Our justice system wont be able to give Justice to our cheif justice then what else you can expect from it? I think Peace talk is the only solution, as soon as we come to this solution we will solve our problem otherwise the hatred among people will spread out of tribal areas and Swat to the other settled areas and then everyone will stand against our own Army and Govt and a civil war will broke up thats what our so called "friends" want to de-stabilize Pakistan. After destabilizing Pakistan they want to take our Nuclear assets, this is the whole game plain whether someone accept it or not. Its the time to think wisely and take some wise decisions without taking any dictation from West.
